No you do not have to compete or spar. We have specific classes for sparring including an Intro to Sparring class but these are optional. Most of our classes are designed for skills training and conditioning.

Fundamentals Classes is where you will need to start. We encourage all students to begin their training in the fundamentals curriculum for as long as 1-2 years. And even periodically going back to refine the basics.

We suggest the following to start (can be ordered upon registration or at www.legacyfightgoods.com): Muay Thai: Gloves, shin guards, hand wraps (mouth guard and cup once you start sparring) BJJ: GI

Absolutely not! At Legacy Fight Club, we believe it’s never too late to start training Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, whether you’re in your 20s, 40s, or beyond. Martial arts is an excellent way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while learning valuable skills in a supportive environment. Our coaches will work with you at your own pace to help you feel confident and comfortable on your training journey.

That is a question you will need to consult with your doctor about. Everyone goes at their own pace. With that said, we do have students who modify some of their workouts to suit their individual circumstance.

Yes. But they need to also book a trial class online separately.

If you have ordered merchandise from the online store or through the registration process, please give us up to 5-7 business days before they arrive. Items purchased can be picked up at the Pick-Up Station at the club. Ask the Front Desk Ambassador if you need assistance.

Just wear regular gym attire. We will supply all necessary training equipment for your trial classes or week free of charge.

Trial students receive free equipment rental. For members, we encourage our students to purchase their own equipment.

Everyone has to start somewhere and we are here to support you along the way. All our Fundamental classes are designed for someone without any prior physical experience or skills! We will help get you to where you need to be.

Yes. You can purchase the uniform with your registration to save. A Legacy team shirt and muay Thai shorts are required for classes.

Any of the Kids' Muay Thai classes are perfect to begin your muay Thai journey. You don’t have to wait for any particular time to start. The curriculum is designed so that you can start anytime.

We take all kids between the ages of 8 and 13.
