YOUTH CLASS SCHEDULE

Youth Muay Thai Ages 8-13 - Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays | 5:15pm-6pm

WE ARE AN ANTI-BULLYING CLUB

We address bullying and violence by teaching our children to be empowered to walk away from conflicts. The use of physical force should only be used when confronted by a physical threat or when in a sanctioned sporting bout. There is absolutely zero tolerance for bullying.

OUR KIDS & YOUTH PROGRAM PLACE GREAT IMPORTANCE ON:

Teamwork, discipline, and leadership.
Muay thai technique used for self-defense, competition, and to boost character and self-defense.
Physical conditioning promoting an active lifestyle.

*We are now only accepting children from ages 8-13.

*PERSONAL TRAINING is also available for those kids who want to ease into the sport before joining in with a larger class.

MARLON VALENZUELA

Marlon Valenzuela has been with Legacy Fight Club since 2017 and in 2018 he began volunteering this time with our kids classes. Marlon is a father of 4 boys and comes to us with an extensive history coaching youth soccer in Barrie & Innisfil, having worked with ages from 3 to 11 years old. In 2018 Marlon began building Legacy’s first youth competitive team and in 2020 was given the responsibility of the Kid’s Program. In 2024, Marlon was given the responsibility of building a new Kid Program, which we are excited for you and your child to be a part of.

Marlon’s style is calm, firm and focused on fundamentals to ensure all students' confidence is built to their highest abilities.

MYLES VALENZUELA

Myles Valenzuela was recruited by Legacy after an invitation to spar with young students as they looked to compete in Muay Thai someday. Myles' undeniable focus, athleticism, speed and overall skill set wowed coaches and students as this 10 Year Old Taekwondo student grasped Muay Thai like a sponge.

Since becoming a full member, Myles has exceeded all expectations and goals. He’s won Provincial and National titles, he’s represented Legacy across Canada and on the youth World Stage as part of Team Canada. His experience is invaluable and is willing to pass on his knowledge and experience to the younger generation.

Legacy Fight Club is lucky to have this father & son duo leading the next generation of young Nak Muay.
